Skin Health offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Free Shipping Across the UAE

No minimum order value is required. Free standard delivery is automatically applied at checkout for eligible UAE delivery addresses.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, product launches or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard UAE delivery usually takes approximately 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: generally 1–5 business days
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain: generally 2–4 business days
Other Emirates and remote areas: generally 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate UAE delivery address, including the building or villa number, apartment or office number, area, Emirate and a valid UAE phone number.

Skin Health is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Tracking details may take several hours to update after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact you before delivery. Please ensure that the provided phone number is active and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent because the address was incorrect, the customer could not be contacted or repeated delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

Delayed, Damaged or Missing Orders

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number with clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected product.
